Yes yes yes!! I love this so much, and the first bonus is utter perfection!
Anon would like a Germany + Prussia fic where they aren't on good terms with each other, despite any good past relationship, and they have grudges against one another and eventually they start fighting - physically - until they end up in A&E because they've made a huge bloodied mess of each other. But then, as they’re sitting there, they kinda look at each other and just laugh at how stupid they've been and call it a truce.

Estonia meets a girl who seems to be decent enough for him to spend his first night with. When he has lost his virginity he finds out that the person he was with was a hooker. OP, is rare pair extremely important to you? I'm not too good with writing rare pairs. However, I can cover the other two bonuses easily enough, if you wouldn't mind USUK. Just wanted to ask before I got to far with writing.
Romano is brainwashed by Mafia influence (with the Mafia as the definite vilian). I figure this would have happened if England visited Romano and accidentally left behind something, which was then stolen from Romano's house.
The Mafia figures out that it turns out to cause amnesia and brainwashing/mind control, and after they use it on Romano they take advantage of his abilities as a nation (including his healing).
When Spain finds out, he has to find a way to reverse this.

The Swiss are pretty strict about noise levels after a certain time of night -- not just about listening to loud music or having late-night parties, but about flushing toilets or washing dishes. Switzerland's neighbors, however, aren't nearly so considerate (in his opinion). How does he cope when his neighbors have loud sex?

His neighbors decided to scream every time they got intimate. Switzerland tried to sleep. He really did, and numerous times he decided to barge in and tell them to shut up but he wouldn't. He's neutral. If he did that to the very, very loud couple then it would be unfair. With how loud they were Switzerland started to feel worried for the female. Screaming n the top of her lungs, maybe it was a murder.
"Harder! Harder!" She screamed, okay maybe not a murder. Switzerland went ten more minuets like that until he decided enough. He grabbed a duffle bag and packed one pair of pajamas and one pair of causal outfit. He was going to get a hotel room somewhere far away so he can sleep.
After driving for about an hour he got into a hotel. Checking into his room he fell on the bed, not even bothering to remove his shoes. And totally passed out.

Arthur told him what he was; gripped his hand when he was a small boy (however long he had been one for) and told him You belong to me, boy. And for years upon years Australia believed him; held tight and kept quiet knowing what he was - he was for England, and he should have been proud of that fact.
But then England let him go, pushed him away, told him to live his own life. Then came the rest of the world - men with golden and sea-green eyes, who settled and lived and became a part of him. So Australia didn't have his purpose anymore.
And then he had to remember...
Of all that's missing from his memory, one thing he recalls is a giant bloody snake. Which is ironic because that probably never happened. But it's important enough to remember, even if it's not real; this great creature which shaped his land and created mountains and gorges. If he ever began to exist, such a process would have to start with the physical.
Sometimes he thinks he remembers; sometimes he thinks he remembers he's supposed to remember. His elders are no help; they don't seem particularly concerned with his unending existential crisis. Even if it turns out he began before it, he still wears the face of the white men who stole their land. So he cannot blame them.
He's a mongrel of a country and he knows it. He can't be proud of it the way America is - he hates to admit it, but Alfred has taken all these different elements from all these different nations and created something thrilling and new. Australia has taken all these different elements from all these different nations and just... been. He's not sure what he is. When he sees what he seems to be to others reflected back at him, it seems off. Like they've copied the surface elements while missing the absolute core of his character - but he's not sure what exactly they've missed, so he can't complain.
And despite being such a menagerie of different things, he's so scared of different things. And he hates himself for it. He tries to stop all these people coming to him, changing him, and yet he desperately wants them to be part of him.

The man who mined his gold and buys his coal; who has never stopped coming to his country no matter what he does; who always calls him a reckless child (aru) but grasps his hand and helps him to the modern era. His earth is burnt and cracked under the southern sun; the serpent still crafts even if he was never real. And those lines in the earth, they widen and widen and one day Australia will fall right down the rabbit hole.

OP would like to see something where Gilbert is over the top protective of teenage!Ludwig. Especially of Ludwig's virginity. And he will go to any means necessary to prevent anyone from touching his bruderchen. To the point where it's down right unhealthy.

Hercules remembers someone threw a vase and it backfired hurting both of them. They heard the car being parked into the drive way, Aya was home, now they can't finish the fight.
"What the hell!" Aya screamed. Looking over both of them. Sadik remembers Aya screaming at both of them and cleaning up the mess. She took them both to the hospital and they thought that the fight was over. She prayed that they settled it. And for about a month that was true. No fights, not everything is meant to last.
Another fight, this time more gruesome. Broken ribs and cracked bones, the impact from their punches towards each other caused memory loss from that particular day. Hercules and Sadik can clearly remember being dragged out of the fight by their loved ones. Kiku grabbing Hercules and Aya grabbing Sadik. Tears in her eyes, shouting and blood. Everything was fuzzy for a bit. Like Sadik had watched everything happen in slow motion. He distinctly remembered Aya feeling sharp pain minuets after the fight. Hercules and Sadik were injured to the pint were they couldn't do anything. At first Aya took care of Sadik while they were on their way to the hospital. She cleaned Sadik from the blood. His jaw was broken, and so was his right arm. That wasn't as bad as the impending coma. Hercules left the hospital earlier than Sadik. But he didn't notice, Sadik was in a coma. For five months. Aya would come into the room and try to see if her husband could communicate with her. Once he woke up, she went into labor.
What Aya couldn't tell him earlier was that the baby has died.
"What!" Sadik had cried out. Hercules and Kiku were also in the room with Aya as she went into labor. With the excruciating labor pains she still tried to tell them.
"That fight," Aya screamed out in pain, the medicine that the nurse gave her wasn't working. Any more of a dose would kill her. "The fight was enough stress, I, the baby is dead," Aya gripped Sadik's hand tightly trying to release her pain.
Kiku just gasped. "Why are you in labor if the baby is dead?" Kiku tried to calm her but this was ridiculous.
"Still birth," Aya cried. Tears sliped out if her eyes. After eight hours of being in pain and trying to birth the child, the baby came.
Aya never got to hear her child give its first cry. She never got to hear the doctors congratulate her. No. None of that. Instead what she got was funeral options. Traditional burial or cremated.
Sadik smiled as he looked over his Egyptian wife. She was pregnant. It was going to be their first child. After a couple of miscarriages, it was wonderful to know that now they can be a family with children and maybe one day grandparents. Aya's pregnancy wasn't too good. The doctor stated that whatever was causing Aya to feel stressed was going to be then end of the child. Sadik took that as news to make peace with Aya's half brother. Hercules. They both knew what was at steak. A new born's life was in the hands of life long enemies. Hercules and Sadik learned how to act in front of the pregnant Egyptian woman. Romano has trembling hands, possibly from a nervous condition. He doesn't realize that, however, and just thinks he's clumsy and an idiot. He's compensated by having things like plastic dishes and no fragile things in the house; his computer is one designed either for children and therefore unbreakable, or else one of those toughbooks. He's also prone to accidentally stabbing or cutting himself, so he tends to avoid sharp things.
His significant other figures out that something isn't normal, and gets him to go see a doctor. A lot of protests from Romano, who is mortified that his lover thinks something is wrong with him.
Whether or not it's treatable is up to anon.

As the nations move into the modern erra they get to know eachother more and more. And there's one thing the other nations notice about America that really starts to worry them.

OP wants a story where Alfred is assumed to be a complete idiot. But when the nations begin getting together more and they begin to notice mor an more that he's not as idiotic as he appears.
Ex. Nation A, afte becoming frustrated with Alfred, starts insulting him in their native tongue- only for him to reply /fluently/ with some wiseass comment or another. Or perhaps, when another nation decides to humiliate him by beating him at chess (which he says h neve playe before) Alfred whips the floor with them.
Bonus: Alfred is his completly idiotic self about it, but is secretly cracked up by how freaked out it makes h other nations.
Bonus 2: Alfred's inteligent is quirky, ex. Instead of speaking Spain's Spanish he speaks Mexican Spanish, cajun French instead of regular French, Dutch-German etc... And he learned Japanese from a mix of WWII immigrants and Anime. Or, while playing chess, he spends half the game asking 'so how many spaces does the horsy move?' and such...
