Y’know I’ve actually read more than a few fanfics where Scotland rescues England or where Scotland is the reason England needs to be rescued (the latter of which I don’t like.)
So what I’d like to see is a fanfic where England has to rescue Scotland from danger for some reason. Be nice if they had a fight before hand.

Elizabeth has a charming voice, she really does, and Hungary can't help but to wonder how German, ugly, dreadful, terrible German, can sound so lovely on her lips. She smiles a lot, eats little, laughs with Hungary when they get to spend time together here in Vienna, which is whenever the empress of Austria isn't out of the country, to visit the far ends of the world. It's not a lot of time, because if there's anything that binds the two friends together, it's their common hate of Vienna's high society. The thing is that Elizabeth can leave this place, while Hungary is stranded.
"Did you enjoy your latest trip ?" she asks to Elizabeth, German still feeling not quite right on her tongue. "Where did you go this time ?"
It makes the empress eyes shine to talk about the worlds she discovers whenever she leaves the stuffy rooms of her husband's country to explore the world. She talks about Greece and the Antiquity, the legends she has read in their original version, the colour of the sun over the Mediterranean Sea. Her words are like music, a Liszt composition, aware of her surroundings and yet detached from the reality of the world she lives in. Hungary shakes the idea off her head quickly; it sounds too much like the kind of things Austria would say.
Elizabeth toys nervously with the piece of cake in her plate as she speaks, never gets herself to place it in her mouth, making a mess of jam and bread in her place. It was her idea to have coffee and cake, but they both know that Elizabeth doesn't like eating. Sometimes Hungary catches her gaze upon her, and she doesn't know if it's admiration or jealousy that she sees glinting in her dark eyes as Elizabeth stares. Hungary will never age, and maybe the empress hates her just a little bit for that. Hungary tries not to think too much of it, of how humans will never truly understand her kind and how Elizabeth seems to age more noticeably with every year that passes. Grief makes her look even thinner than she actually is. The empress' eyes haven't found back that quiet joy they used to have, so many years ago.

He knows how it makes her feel, and it makes her want to break his girly, dainty little neck.

Perhaps he could just say his stomach was upset. He often had an upset stomach these days, so that wouldn't be too strange. He would have to arrange for the food he wouldn't be able to eat to be given to the hungry people on the streets.
When he arrived in the kitchen, he found a steaming mug of tea and some bread with jam (but not butter) set out on the table for him. He smiled; he loved his older sister. Perhaps he would allow her to pray with him in the mornings, and she would be able to help him with what he had forgotten. But she would have to keep it a secret, just for the two of them.

Only Hungary had fallen for Austria. However, being with Austria levy a heavy price from Hungary. Austria has expectations and ideals which are opposite to her core personality. After a long while of internal conflicts and unsuccessful marriage due to conflicting views on life and personalities, she realizes she has to let go of Austria in order to live a life in which she could be herself again. Eventually, that leads her to Prussia.
I really want it to be realistic and that none of the characters would be made "the bad guy" in this. Their problems are due to their differences and the matters of heart, not because someone is a jerk (and please don't make Prussia overly hostile toward Austria for no reason either).

Unfortunately it's the 1930s and every country is in a depression. Cue her life falling apart in, losing her job, getting robbed, kicked out, whatever.
In comes a nice old lady,(who she knows from her old job??) and offers her a job at a family friend's house.

Ivan Alfred and Yao in a three way relationship. human AU please :3 with them dealing with all of the troubles such a relationship can bring. As for the age kink... I'd like both Alfred and Ivan to be in their early twenties, maybe having even dated in highschool (when Alfred was a freshman and Ivan was a senior?) however I'd like Yao to be considerably older than both of them. Early to mid forties is preferred. But I'm fine with late thirties :)

Ivan took a deep breath. "Well, firstly, I am bigger-"

"Yes, I am," Ivan continued mildly, "and you topped last time and my governmental system is better than yours. So there." He knew it was childish, but he stuck out his tongue a little anyway because Alfred did all the time and Ivan let him get away with it.
Alfred chose to ignore Ivan's third point completely and said, "Well, did you like last time?"

"Was it good?"
"Yes."
"Was it super-mega-foxy-awesome-hot?"
Ivan rolled his eyes but said "Yes" anyway.
"Exactly! So I should top again!"

"Communist lies!"

"Well, so does France, and he at least puts Nutella on his, and besides I have maple syrup-"
"No, that's Matthew-"
"-You shut up, everybody forgets Vermont, and I invented the milkshake! So I should be on top!"
It was at this point that Ivan began giggling uncontrollably.
"What? What?"
"Milkshakes?" Ivan snorted again. "Milkshakes mean you should top?"
"Well, do pancakes mean you should?" Alfred grinned, and then began to laugh as well. "That's like- that's like the shit Matt says when he's baked!"
"Hm?"
"Yeah, he's all like 'my pancakes bring all the boys to the yard', it's really weird- he actually sings it, and then he starts yelling about being 'king of the banana boat', you should see it, Ivan."
Ivan made his strange giggle-snort noise. "Does he talk to whales too?"
"Hey, don't knock the amazing powers of whale-speech!" Alfred suddenly looked cunning. "Hey, since you started laughing first..."
