OP, is rare pair extremely important to you? I'm not too good with writing rare pairs. However, I can cover the other two bonuses easily enough, if you wouldn't mind USUK. Just wanted to ask before I got to far with writing.
I honestly didn't think of USUK for this prompt (I have a hard time seeing England as old for some reason), but I would be thrilled to see what you do with it. :)
