I've read a lot of Omegaverse stories, but most follow the same pattern, so I want to see something a little different.
I think I've only seen France as an Omega once before, so how about an Omegaverse story with Francis as an Omega, and unlike most other Omegaverse stories, where they have the Omega hate being an Omega, I want to see Francis take full advantage of the fact that he knows Alphas wants him. As an extra twist, perhaps Arthur is a 'gay' Omega' who is interested in Francis, and is annoyed (feels inadequate) because Francis sleeps around with so many Alphas.

Fem!Germany wants to be really feminine for some reason, maybe just for a night, to get someone's attention, or just to explore her own femininity.
Prussia, being an absolutely great older brother, freaks out and does everything in his power to make sure no one notices his little sister is actually a fully-grown woman.
Any pairings are up to filler, as are any genderbends.
