Prussia and Romano fanfics are usually very angsty and tragic. I want to see something nice and cute for once. Smut is good as long as it's consensual. Feel free to put them in an AU if that inspires you more. Bonus 1: If Spain is mentioned, he is not jealous at all. Bonus 2: Prussia and Romano do things they wouldn't normally do for each others sake (ie Romano spending time around Germany without insulting him).
