"I'm fine!" Denmark says, rings out more like.
Netherlands bites his companion's swollen ankle and doesn't smirk when it gets an equally-loud squawk.
No, he's not fine.
Neither of them comment.
What Netherlands does is surge up, brace himself carefully over the other man's body, and casts a pointed glare downward.
True to form, Denmark can't keep his goddamn mouth shut, and runs it.
"Make me feel better, Nedsy," and Netherlands kind of wants to punch him in the face, or punch him with his mouth. Denmark's smile is manic and wild and he can almost taste it.

So he takes no time at all, rams his knee into Denmark's ankle and swallows down the groan with his own mouth, attempts to discern what Denmark really wants through hot touches of lips and swipes of tongues and when that's not good enough he reaches down and traces a long finger down the foot that Denmark is still casting to the side, as if he can hide it.
For some asshole that won't ever shut up, Denmark never does talk about the important shit.
Whatever. Asshole, he thinks, and pretends that isn't fond.
He throws Denmark's injured leg over his shoulder and bites down on his stomach at the noise, is much more satisfied when it twists up from a pained moan to a pure one. Keeps going, nipping and biting at the thin skin over his abdomen and wanting to buck down into the sheets - or one of Denmark's knobbed knees - at the sound.
"Don't move," he grunts, and shoves his hands under Denmark's ass and lifts him, just enough that he can lick at his balls, press the flat of his tongue even further down, and still he keeps one hand lightly wrapped around that injured foot. Ready to press down hard if he needs to.
From the feel of the other heel that smacks against his back, he takes it too slowly - Denmark always wants it fast, and rough, when it's them - but he decides he wants it that way, and doesn't think about it too much. Instead of shoving his tongue and licking in he turns his head and presses the lightest kiss he can, to the ankle, open-mouthed and light and lingering. Drops his hand, braces himself on the bed instead.
Waits to see what Denmark will do.
