Yes! There needs to be more interaction between these two (both in canon and the fandom), there simply isn't enough considering their complex historical relationship.

I have ideas for this, but thought it better to run it past you first. Would you be alright if the fill is mostly from the POV of a third party looking upon their relationship? To be exact, I'm thinking of using America (from child!colonial to present day). And would you mind if there's some jealousy on America's part (nothing major, more of a "child wanting attention" type)?
