England + Europe - More loved than he thought

During a meeting someone is ripping into England as usual, and this time England finally snaps. During his tirade England accidentally admits that he's sick of being treated like he's a nuisance, and if he's so hated maybe he should just cut off from the rest of Europe, and go his own way. This shocks quite a few of the European nations since they do love their little black sheep, quite a bit actually. They just have a funny way of showing it. This sparks a wave of over-protectiveness from quite a few nations, and maybe even deeper feelings toward the Island nation start to come to light.

Note: If England does end up in a relationship I would love: Spuk, Engmano or EngIta, but I'm not fussy. Just please, no FRUK, PRUK or USUK. I do like these pairings I'm just bored to death of them right now.

Bonus 1: England laps up all the affection. Purposefully making certain nations feel extremely guilty about how they have treated him in the past, so that they feel they need to spoil him more now.

Bonus 2: When it comes to physical contact England isn't good with anything more than a handshake. I would love it if another nation, maybe Spain, North Italy or even Belgium tries to "cure" him of this issue.

Bonus 3: England's insecurities spark a maternal instinct within some of the female nations. They bake him treats, buy him clothes, ask him if he's eating okay, ect. England doesn't know how he should react to this since he only has older brothers his interactions with female nations are somewhat limited.

Just looking for a cracky, warm-hearted fill that depicts the craziness that is Europe and it's messed up love-hate relationship with England.
