Since I don't usually see USUK as a BDSM couple (I tend to think of their kinks not going beyond hand-tying and vibrators, but it's purely personal preference), it was a little strange to think of Arthur as a sadist, but you not only made it believable, but you still captured the real heart of this couple, and made them sweet and caring. I love how you got Alfred's embarrassment and hesitation to talk about it (because come on, that's Alfred), but managed to capture the intention of the prompt to have an open and honest discussion. And I like Arthur taking the lead and guiding, but not forcing. In things like this, communication is key, and I like to think Alfred and Arthur are usually good at communication, but this would be the one thing where Al would freeze up, so I loved the way Arthur coaxed him into talking, so they could both enjoy it.
Since this isn't really my kink, I probably wouldn't personally want to read the smut scene (though other people would, so if you had considered it, please write it, I'm sure you'd do great!), but I would LOVE to see your version of what happens after.
