Romania and Bulgaria have been great friends/lovers for a long time and things are working out pretty fine between them. But there is this one issue, namely that Romania hates Russia greatly do to their past while Bulgaria thinks Russia is one of the nicest guys in the world, helping him with Independence and everything.
Meanwhile Russia is not quite sure why Romania dislikes him so much but it is quite troublesome.
So Bulgarias two "friends" are "fighting". Can be nationwerse or AU.
Bonus 1: OC Moldova appears somewhere! Bonus 2: Bulgaria and Romania actually end up with some relationship problems due to this that may or may not be solved.
