It's cute that Alfred is a little reticent about what he wants, even if he tries to play it off as "we don't need to do this", and it was a pleasant surprise to see Matthew a little awkward about it too. I also like that Matt didn't want to go too far too fast and decided to off certain things until another time; it speaks to his previous experience, I'm sure. Alfred's fantasies at the end were pretty hot, too.
