Something non-smut involving nations of your choice and this man. Maybe the nations join in with their people when he dances, or maybe all the nations just get together to dance with him, doesn't matter. Just give me something involving them and this beautiful, beautiful human being.

Seconding. So hard.
Because it's my unoffical headcannon that every mentioned nation's personification is in the video. Even if they're just holding the camera or in the backround not dancing.

For Your Information, He Is the Hell in Brussels

Right now, Matt is wondering why he is surrounded by people who seem to form a pretty good cross-section of the UN. And why they all look vaguely familiar.

For instance, the cheerful bespectacled blond currently attempting a four-person hoedown with what's probably his family. Matt is sure he's seen this man before, a lot- New York? Chicago? Seattle? He has vague memories of a brown jacket and a whooping laugh from- well, nearly every state.

Or the two Germans. The one is not too remarkable, although he is striking (Matt isn't sure whether that's because of his excessively enthusiastic partner or his nearly graceful inability to dance). The other. Well.

How many bird-wielding German albinos do you meet?

For that matter, how many even exist?

(Matt hopes it's only one- from what he's seen of the albino, the world can barely handle one.)

"All right, everybody, we're going to start the video going, so start dancing and please keep it PG."

Matt takes his place in the crowd, the cameraman shouts "Now!" and whoa.

Matt has been in his share of enthusiastic crowds, but this- these probably-businessmen and women- is something else.

They look like they belong, even the small androgynous Chinese man doing some sort of flailing two-step, even the gentlemanly brunet waltzing with the sunny frying-pan-wielding lady, even (and this is something he hasn't seen before) the large masked man performing a surprisingly good belly dance.

He barely even notices when the loud American moonwalks into him (and even that seems to belong, somehow) because all these people seem to wear their surroundings like skin, even if they do persistently trip on their partner's feet (the German again).

And right now Matt knows why he does this, as the previously squabbling Englishman and Frenchman gavotte past, sniping at each other. This feeling that everything fits closer and everyone could keep dancing (or flailing) (or tripping) forever.

Of course, video cameras do not film forever, and the excited flurry of dance seems to be winding down. Still, it is a shame to call out "All right, we've stopped filming!"

There is a group "awwwww" from the kick line the albino set up, but the other German begins shepherding them all back into a nearby building with snaps of "Lunch break is over, we need to work-"

Matt wipes his forehead, and notices a man in front of him- short, expressionless face, last seen executing a pop dance routine. He speaks in a quiet monotone.

"Matthew-san, on behalf of my associates, I would like to thank you for all the hard work which you have done. We all enjoy your videos very much." His head lolls forward alarmingly for a second. As the Japanese man begins to head for the office building, he seems to remember something, and turns.

"Consider visiting Yokohama. I would be glad to see you again, Matthew-san."

And he's gone.

Matt turns to his cameraman, who is packing up equipment.

"I think that'll get some good footage, Ben."

And the personification of the United Nations puts away a lens and smiles.

... shut up, it's half past midnight.

D'awww. They're all such cuties when they're not being jerks dancing, aren't they? Love that you included the seldom-seen United Nations-tan!
