Though the fandom seems divided on how this works, so for the purposes of this request, imagine that nations can die, but they then come back to life. The timeframe for the healing process before their heart starts beating again is up to anon.
So give me some nations who are into S&M and decide to exploit their immortality by incorporating it into their sex lives. Gun play/knife play/erotic asphixiation/whatever is taken to fatal levels.

I've seen lot of fics around in which a character gets turned back into a child, and ends up staying with America.

Ah, I hope OP doesn’t mind my filling this. ;-; I also hope OP doesn’t mind if it’s sorta Can/Am, since that is one of my favorite pairings (Canada topping is geographically correct, y’all!). This of course won’t contain any smut, and won’t focus too much on the romantic relationship (which will be revealed more and more as the story goes along), until perhaps the end, if OP approves, in which case I will try and work my author-magic. This focuses on Canada taking care of child!America.

“I don’t know why they keep trying to define the universe,” England says, tightening the brooch pinning his cloak together. “Certainly it’s a fruitless task, being that once they know, what good would it do?”
“Don’t be so close-minded! There’s always something good to be found in discovery!” and the way America says it makes Arthur think of darker ages, with wooden boats and blessed beaches, sailors kissing land along the trails of foreign footsteps.
Certainly there is.
“Oh, I wouldn’t say that. After all, I did find you,” and he hopes the lilt in his voice makes clear to the other that he means it.
Because most certainly, there isn’t.
Alfred ignores him in favor of rolling an empty bottle along the counter, slick glass on slicker tile making for a melodious racket. It’s so much nicer to hear the bang of empty spaces than the simpered regrets of too-full-of-themselves wholes.
“Either way, they never take into account the magic realm! Hardly makes for a plausible theory when they’ve got a huge chunk missing from their silly little equations,” Arthur goes on, hand out and snatching the bottle before Alfred can really register that it’s gone. And maybe a part of him cares that England is elbowing his way into his affairs, but America can’t find it in himself to care.
It’s been this way for a while, the not-caring part. Arthur says it doesn’t suit him; the listlessness, the slumped shoulders, tired eyes, lethargic smiles. Alfred thinks it’s once again the older man nosing his way into his life.
He wonders why. All the nations, so involved in looking out for themselves these days; it’s difficult to believe that there could be anything but hidden, selfish intentions layered behind that false-bottomed concern.
Be that as it may, England promises that he’ll help get him back to his full, invigorated strength. That’s why Arthur’s here now, right? Puttering around his kitchen in a ratty black cloak and a briefcase full of dusty bottles and chalk pieces.
Alfred doesn’t quite know what to make of the spectacle, except that besides the fact that the Briton is loonier than he could have first comprehended, he’s going to be allowing this whack-job to potentially pour down his throat whatever possibly poisonous elixir he’s concocted.
Speaking of the devil, England thrusts a rose-tinted phial into his ex-charge’s face, waiting for the younger to grasp the container. America eyes it suspiciously before grasping the tiny glass, “Still think you’re a fucking lunatic…”
England scowls and smacks him upside the head, turning away to search for some paper and a pen. Rubbing his head, Alfred mutters out a melodramatic ‘ow!’ and then continues on, “Magic! Please! Fairies and unicorns and evil chairs! C’mon, England; you have to admit, it’s all ridiculous in the face of science.”
Arthur tears a square of paper from a magnetized notepad on Alfred’s refrigerator with enough force to send the entire pad careening to the floor, scowl deepening as he squats to pick up the casualty, “Flying mint bunny is not ridiculous!”
“Oh, you’re right. Things that aren’t real can’t be ridiculous,” and before America can continue, England breaks out into a frenzied bout of clapping, face horrorstruck. “…and you call me immature…”

AU Setting (Fantasy AU would be even more awesome) Fem!America is forced to join his harem (or if you're uncomfortable with that route then just to marry) Turkey to pay off her father's debt. They're both unhappy about it and about each other but slowly grow to love each other.

Arthur Kirkland liked to believe that she was a good, kind, and understanding man. He knew very well that everyone made mistakes and was okay with that, after all to error was human and while he did not like to admit that he was less then perfect he was still a human being, had flaws and made mistakes. He had three children and each of them made their own mistakes. Peter was the youngest at ten (looked identical to Arthur except for his mother’s eyes) and made plenty of mistakes. His table manners were still lacking, he didn’t know the proper way to speak, was loud, skipped out on his classes… all of those things though were to be expected of a privileged, healthy, energetic boy. After all boys would be boys. The middle child was Madeleine. She was a shy girl that people didn’t often pay attention to and had to hide her blush behind her fan more often then most young ladies. She was eighteen, and had always been well behaved, pretty much the perfect example of maidenhood. When she attended school she had received the highest marks, in her ballroom dancing, dinning room etiquette, Latin, French, music and art lessons. The teachers had all raved that she would be an excellent wife, and grand hostess once she got over her terrible shyness. Really Madeleine’s only flaw was her shy maiden heart, and lack of charisma that made her a complete and total wallflower. This was only a problem as big as it was because of Mr. Kirkland’s oldest child and Madeleine’s twin sister Amelia. Amelia was just as loud, obnoxious, improper, and did all the bad things that her younger brother Peter did. The biggest issue though was that Amelia was a young lady nearly twice the boy’s age yet insisted on behaving in a manner similar to her younger brother. She was known for hiking up her skirts to show off her knees, never wearing a bonnet or carrying a parasol so that her skin (which would have been just s creamy and milky white as her sisters) was tanned and freckled beyond repair, she never knew which fork and knife to use with which course, rarely spoke at meals with her food completely swallowed, didn’t like the “restriction” of proper undergarments therefore going without them, and did all other manners of indecent things. And some of the rumors that had spread about her though-out polite society, well, they were enough to make some faint.

Anon knows there has been a lot of discussion about where nations come from and what happens when they die, including some requests/fills that use Neil Gaiman's Endless as a model: when one of the Endless dies, some aspect/personification of their domain rises to replace them.
However, succession in human affairs is rarely a simple, painless process. Anon would like to see the conflict that occurs when one personification tries to replace another, or two or more personifications are fighting over who is the true successor.
Some suggestions for possible scenarios:
1) During the American Civil War, the state of Virginia attempting to usurp her father/brother/boss America, and to convince the other states to recognize her as the personification of the Confederacy.
2) During the German unification in the 19th century, Prussia's decision to rescue the comatose remnants of the Holy Roman Empire and turn Ludwig into his proxy/Manchurian candidate for German personification. (Bonus for showing WHY Prussia chooses not to try to take the title himself.)
3) During the British colonial rule of India, Arthur creating (by magic or headology) a single new India personification to weaken the hundreds of personifications that already exist on the subcontinent (from single castes to empires)--only to get a big surprise when she develops an identity of her own.
4) Anything else Author!Anon can come up with, I am totally looking forward to where people take this.

Spain from the past may be a pirate, conquistador, whatever, but he's a lot edgier than Spain from the present.
