So the their citizens see their nations getting it off.
They can be kidnapped and forced to do it. It can be an AU where all diplomatic things are required to be sealed by sex. Maybe it's a prank.
I just request that the whole thing is on television and every one of their citizens see it some how, even if they don't quite know who these people on the television are and why they're on every channel.
Bonus 1: All, or some part of the fic is from the citizen/viewer's point of view. Bonus 2: It's a situation where if the nations don't do it, the kidnappers will effectively somehow massacre the whole nation. (Or there's no threat at all but they're just forced to do it anyway.) Bonus 3: Every citizen does know who they are but doesn't know the extent of what "being a nation" entails. They viewed them as idiotic and useless, but it becomes clear during this broadcast that being nation-tans aren't as easy as they'd thought.
I know my bonuses are geared towards angst+ hurt/comfort, but that why they're called bonuses. I don't mind fluff. Or the AU I mentioned earlier. Or anything, really. I just want nations on the TV having sex with each other and the aftermath.
Heeey, OP. Just a question: By "every one of their citizens see it" do you mean they HAVE to watch it? And is it really on every channel? Because it seems rather weird if they were to force everyone (including children?) to watch porn.
Also: For the kidnapping bit would you have any ideas how they'd manage to broadcast everything on TV (especially on multiple channels)?

Nope, they don't have to watch it, nor does it have to be on every channel. It can be on one channel and then maybe news broadcasts pick it up as big news because well, their nations are wanking it off? (Assuming they know of nations, that is,)
As for the kidnapping thing, they can either do some Hollywood Hacking and do some technical gobblydook or they can either hijack a news channel and say if you don't show this broadcast at this time, at this day, I will blow up your whole nation. And then maybe their military can confirm that that the threat is worth listening to and you'd better listen if you don't want to die. (Or, of course, it can be on only one channel and then the media can just pick it up and start showing it on their channels too since it seems like it's the hype.)

Maybe news broadcasts cover every second of it, albeit in a censored way, assuming it's only on one channel.
