Actually, it's really not etiquette here to step in on someone else's prompt and start making specific requests. It puts potential fillers in an awkward situation, and can discourage them. Not to mention, the OP might really like the characters you'd prefer not to see, so you're putting them in an awkward situation, too. If you have an idea for filling, why not write it yourself? It's a lot of fun, and the more fills, the better, even on the same prompt. Multiple fills have always been welcome here.
Actually, YEAH, coyly faffing about going "Oh is it okay if I mention I love every bit of this prompt except this one particular part please change it to please me even if OP specifically requested it otherwise" is pretty obviously rude and selfish. I don't even like RusAme but a) who says that in another person's request and b) it is hardly everywhere, and c) Even if it was as popular as USUK it doesn't matter, it's not as if there's a quota on shipping-stuff or that rare pairs 'deserve' more fic or art.

If, and only if you're considering a fill, it is perfectly fine to use your preferred characters in it - I would be nonetheless delighted to see your fic. After all, I did say 'any/any' in the title. The bonus just means that I will be exceptionally thrilled should you choose to include my characters of choice, which, I'm sure, anyone familiar with the kink meme would know. But still, just sayin'. Glad you found the prompt interesting ;)
OP again! I'd like to thank anon 1 for seconding, and anon 2, 3 for defending me. To be completely frank, I put any/any because I was afraid that demanding a specific pairing would discourage potential authors; but again, a fill is a fill, and it would make my day no matter what pairing it features ;)

I was kind of hoping that there would be multiple fills, including AmeRus but also others. I had the impression that most of the ones who replied to me did so much ruder than my original comment was but never mind. I would fill it but smut of any kind is reeeally not part of my writing skills.
