The nations have been drinking when a corny song comes on (example : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJpV9F_hOVQ). England and Japan are smashed and proceed to ruin its sentimentality with off-key singing/dramatically acting out the lyrics/stumbling over themselves/other drunken antics.

Bonus if surrounding nations get a kick out of it. I'd prefer no pairings.
