I don't really know if she'd mention the nations explicitly. She'd probably only go as far as to say "I have seen amazing things in this world. There are men who live forever and possess abilities we could never fathom. Therefore (something about God)" She knows that it's supposed to be a secret and she doesn't feel that any of it is wrong. She and America had a long talk about that a few years ago, actually, which is what he references when he says "Remember when I told you that nations do things differently?"
