Same anon as above, just realized that PruCan would also work really well for this prompt. As a potential A!A I just wanted to check if you have a preference.
If neither AmeJap/PruCan works for you I can always swing something else.

Just as a quick note, due to the nature of the prompt, it will end up being AU non-nation with an average age of 21-30 (so everything's legal and all that). It might also include some "forum-style" writing & depending on which flows better, I might have to go into first person instead of third. And, I will be following the original story as much as possible but please excuse me if I change things to fit my plotline.
