Belarus has been called the "last European dictatorship" and "last Soviet" due to its tyrannical President Lukashenko. It's my headcanon of sorts that Belarus would, due to her yandereness for Russia, be proud of her Soviet labels, seeing them as positive instead of negative. So yes, as you said, she'd be a pretty lonely country, that's for sure.
