England pulled the pirate coat from the rack, checking the pockets before his hand closed around its prize. He tucked the lock picks into his trousers, pausing as he made to put the coat back, it had been a while since he wore it and it made for some great sex. Leaving it hanging the front of the wardrobe door, he made his way back downstairs.
England paused briefly by the bucket, deciding to humour his boyfriend he scribbled down a quick note, expressing how infuriating Gilbert was, and how he better be there to let him in when he got home, and maybe something about fucking into the mattress. Arthur had found his life was much easier if he kept Prussia happy, and that included pretending that all of his ideas were wonderful. Admittedly some of his ideas were pretty good, but it was often hard to see that when you were the butt of the joke.
Fingering the lock picks Arthur made his way outside.

Gilbird was not stupid. He knew that Furry Monster would like nothing more than to eat him and he currently had no steal cage (With a little mirror and a bell for when he got bored) between him and the hungry cat. Normally he would have settled into Mummy's hair and Furry Monster would have kept well enough away. However, there were two problems with this. First, Mummy was in the shower. Second, even if he could avoid Furry Monster until Mummy came out his hair would be all wet and that made Gilbird's feathers get all soggy and his feathers puff up when he dried. That made him look adorable stupid.
So Gilbird decided now would be a good time to leave. Flapping his little wings, aware of Furry Monster's evil gaze upon him, he found a new head to settle in. He was sure Special Friend wouldn't mind.

Unaware of his new passenger, England hurried to his car, wondering why Germany insisted the EU meetings start so damn early.
And we have a part one! So yeah that should have been 1b not another 1a. Also if anyone can think of a good name please share it with me, I've got nothing xD. Thanks everyone for your kind words and to the Anon who helped me with Word, I'm grateful to all of you. My beta is currently sick so this hasn't been proof read, so I'm very sorry for the many mistakes I'm sure you're going to find. Also, I'm a little rusty with Prussia but I'm sure I'll get there. Finally, I have exams over the next couple of weeks so it could be a while before I get anything up so please be patient with me =D.
I lied, this is the last bit. There is a reference to a book called Muddle Earth in there (Which about 3 people on the planet have read xD) if anyone can spot it you can have all the cookies in the world.
The pets are just plot devices to be honest. Gilbird still has a bit more to do and Henry will be making some cameos but I'm actually going to focus on the Nations now.
I meant to ask, are all right with a one, maybe two, (I haven't decided yet) of the Nations already knowing? I was going to have a bit about England and Prussia thinking they've been really ninja about it and someone just kinda being "Yeah... I've known for ages..."
Also, I was going to do some flash-backing to show how they got together and some important time in their relationship, but I'm not really sure yet. I know roughly were this is going to end but not much about what happens in the middle.
This is insanely adorable Anon! I think this couple has much potential and needs to be written more often! So thank you for providing some cute and funny England/Prussia. And as much as I love the guys, their pets are great too XD
