I don't really see Spain being creeped out by that since the age of consent is thirteen in Spain too (fifteen in Sweden, fourteen in Italy, sixteen in Finland - I think a lot of places make special provisions for special cases, thought, for example when the minor is in a subordinate position, e. g. a student with a teacher).
(Sixteen in Finland, eighteen if the older person is in position of authority, like a teacher. Younger than sixteen may go unpunished if the other party isn't substantially older, for example fifteen and sixteen.)
