Norway (or Nation B) comes to be pregnant with Denmark's (Nation A's) child. Nation A has been meaning to propose for a while, and uses this as an opportunity, however, Nation B saw it coming. So, for a week, Nation A takes Nation B on the most romantic dates of their life, and starting from Day 1, every day, Nation B thinks Nation A is going to propose.
