I have this massive craving for this pairing, I don't even. And there aren't that many fics out there for them WHAT IS THIS.
Anyway, it's pretty much an anything-goes prompt, I'd just love to see some HK/Ice in this meme. (If you know of any good fics, please do link them too? :D) However, if you'd like something more specific, perhaps their first meeting? They're not very much politically related, so I'd think it'd be just the pleasantness of meeting someone new who doesn't actually care about your new policy and shizz, but just you, as a person.
