I've got this image in my head of school children!HRE and Chibitalia together at a playground on the swings at sunset. So my thought is this: HRE has finally gotten up the guts to confess his love to Italy, but he wants to do it somewhere 1)romantic, and 2)away from the other kids at school. He decides to wait for Italy on the swings at the playground Italy has to pass when he walks home from school.
What he didn't count on was Italy having choir practice after school, so he ends up waiting for him for quite a long time. It's getting cold and dark out, and HRE is just about to give up and go home when Italy, having finished choir practice, walks past. You know what to do from there, anon. Ideally, I'd like to see a kiss and maybe some hand-holding <3
