(America and Canada are already in an established relationship) America realizes that he has a new calling in life: Perform some crazy, yet awesome flash mob in every capital. Proposing this idea to the others, most of them quickly agree to do it, but Canada and a few other nations think this is madness. So they decide to follow America's group around and perform a counter-flash mob (basically them bothering and/or groping the other nations while they're frozen in a freeze-frame flash mob or bringing water guns to a pillow-fight flash mob or something that just messes up the group dynamic)
Bonus 1: They get kicked out of some countries Bonus 2: Safari Flash mob gone wrong results in a blood-thirsty Kenya wielding an M16 Bonus 3: During one particularly wild flash mob in Romania, something a little like this happens: :
