Prussia has been kicked out of a world meeting by Germany because he's not a nation, so he's just bored and waiting for it to end. Also kicked out or just tagging along is Sealand and possibly other micronations like Lichtenstein, Wy, and Seborga. Sick of being pushed aside, they crash the meeting. Chaos ensues.
