Kink meme's official policy has always been not to deanon until the complete fill is posted here.

/mod hat off now: I've always known of people on ff.net/AO3/etc. who post multi-chapter fic only when it's fully complete anyway, so personally I wouldn't worry that you'd be making unusual spam by deanoning the whole thing in one go.

...where is this policy written down? I've been on the meme for years and this is the first I hear of it. A quick scanning of the rules page brings up nothing.

We can't of course make or enforce any rules about what people post on other sites, but the policy in practise since before I became a mod is that if someone posts a link to another site while the fill is still in progress then we delete or screen the link and ask them to wait until the whole fill is posted.
It looks like it may have been deleted from the rules page some time when we tried to shorten them (or just covered under "within this community please stay mysterious") - sorry about that! I've now added back in specifically.
