There's a Canada index (http://www.delicious.com/maple_kink) and someone is indexing America's requests/fills (http://www.delicious.com/America_Index) There's a pairing index but I don't think it's updated: http://community.livejournal.com/uscan_kindex/

This is the Commonwealth indexer, and I just want to warn you that I do not index every Canada or England request/fill, since both those characters already had major character indexes.

Canada is only listed on the Commonwealth index when he shows up in request/fills that are for other Commonwealth members, like Australia, New Zealand, Seychelles, Scotland, etc. Sorry for any confusion.
