Someone notices just how overlooked and Forgotten Canada seems to be at meetings and comes to the conclusion that Canada must be depressed because of this. Cue the nation deciding that they need to make Canada happy, and maybe enlist the help of others to make this happen.

At it's bare bones, it's basically a story about a boy climbing the tower- and it's rumored that when you get to the top of the Tower, everything you want is granted. (If you're reading: You might want to start getting ready for Moments of Awesome and various types of gambits- The whole story really is just plot twist after Chekhov's Gun after awesome characterization that leaves you wanting more after all the world building. And it doesn't stop.)
So my request: I want to see Hetalian Characters in the Tower, going up, trying to reach the top of that tower, backstabbing and betraying when necessary. (I don't mind Character death at all.) The series isn't finished, so nobody really knows what happens when you get to the top. You can choose to end it prematurely, so that you stay within what's revealed- or you can expand further and just go on over and beyond even if everything may get jossed later on.
Considering the nature of the request/tower, all OCs and variations of nations thereof(Bunny England as a certain red hooded information broker, perhaps?) are welcomed with open arms. (Except Nyotalia, I'm sorry.) And I suppose this will have to be a human(?) AU.

Basically every fic out there is Sweden being in love/pining for Finland, which is understandable given canon. However, I'd like a sort of role reversal deal where it's Finland that's head over heels for Sweden, who is just sort of flustered by the attention and doesn't quite know what to do with himself.
I'd prefer if he doesn't really have those kind of feelings for Finland to begin with, but he develops them as time goes on. AUs are fine, and if smut happens bottom Sweden is this anons preference.
