Steve Rogers begins having strange dreams. His teammates begin noticing his super-strength becoming more and more impressive, and other capabilities, including a strangely quick adaptation to modern technology and culture. It all comes to a head when a strange group of people arrive, insisting that Cap needs to 'come home' and stop playing hero. And the international situation begins to change as the USA regains its personalization.

We've had nations taking on Westboro Baptist, how about the other end of the repulsiveness spectrum? Not, I hasten to add, sensible activists with real points; the possibly-trolling ones who compare seeing someone use the word "lame" to living through the Holocaust, claim Japanese imperialism was okay because Japanese people aren't white, point to worldwide abuse of women as a reason that abusing little boys is acceptable, and tell anyone who disagrees with them to kill themselves. Most nations have at some point in their history witnessed and/or lived through actual suffering and oppression, and they are not happy to see this. I don't want them to physically assault the offender, but terrifying them verbally would rule, particularly in front of a crowd of sensible activists who applaud.

After a freak accident the FACE family wake up in a hospital and discover that they've developed powers similar to the Fantastic Four: America who is always full of energy develops flame powers like the Human Torch; Canada who is always over looked or forgotten gains the power to turn invisible (force field abilities optional) like The Invisible Woman; England who everyone likes to portray as weak gains super strength like The Thing (whether he turns into a rock monster is also optional); France gains the ability to stretch and reshape his body like Mr Fantastic (you know why). Like the FF, they bicker and fight constantly, but at the end they're a family who love each other. I’d love to see a (dramatic) fic where they all have to come to terms with their new powers and how it changes their lives. Canon universe preferred, but AU is ok.

I would basically like to see how America's parental influence would have affected another nations history and culture. (I'm thinking particularly or Russia, but it could be anyone really)
I'd really perfer for America to still have maintained the same personality and culture. But if you want to include a lot more native American culture (because he would have raised himself in this AU) that would be beautiful.
Bonus: America has his 2p design (not in Personality just apearance) because he takes after the native American tribes who actually started his empire.

Canada is visiting Japan's place on holiday, but gets sick partway through his stay. As in, knocked flat on his back, unable to do much of anything but be miserable in bed sick (nothing fatal, please), and for whatever reason(s) the author deems fit / plausible, Japan has to play doctor as it were. Despite the fact that it has caused damage to his reputation, he is still a responsible and loving papa giving his kids plenty of money (because he's like rich and stuff) and doing everything he can to ensure that his kids have the best life possible.
He has one daughter Seychelles who he totally coddles and stuff even though people look at him like he is crazy since she is of a mixed race background. He has taken care of her, her whole entire life since as a white man with wealth he can provide her with a better life then her Black mother could. He makes sure she has the best of the best when it comes to everything.
Eventually she becomes a young woman and starts to realize that even with her up brining finding a man to have a mutual and respectful romantic relationship with is extremely difficult if not impossible.
Human AU so, Human names. OP likes Michelle best for Seychelles though if A!A has a name they prefer they can feel free to use it.
