But there is this one issue, namely that Romania hates Russia greatly do to their past while Bulgaria thinks Russia is one of the nicest guys in the world, helping him with Independence and everything.
Meanwhile Russia is not quite sure why Romania dislikes him so much but it is quite troublesome.
