Based on a fanart scanlation where neglect play is the translation of a japanese BDSM term for leaving someone alone and restrained for a period of time.

Bonus 2: the reason the idea of a 'real relationship' freaks him out so much is because he's never actually been in one.

Bonus 3: the characters who end up falling for him include Germany, Prussia, (with the brothers ending up in a German level extreme sibling argument over who deserves France more) and America. Perhaps with establish UsUk and England trying frantically to get the spell off of America before 'the frog defiles him in his weakness'.

This will be long (but under 200 words excluding bonuses!)

Romano really wants to be with Spain, but Spain tends to cheat on his partners, so they decide (on Spain's suggestion) to try an open relationship: they will be a couple, but they will still be able to have casual sex with other people.

They both think that Spain will be sleeping around and Romano will go crazy over it.

Instead, Romano, who was so focused on getting together with Spain he ignored everybody else, suddenly finds out he loves flirting and having casual sex with people he doesn't feel particularly attached to.

Spain is so fucking jealous it hurts, especially because he discovers he doesn't want anybody but Romano after all. He hides it because Romano is a very good boyfriend aside from the cheating and he's afraid of losing him, but his heart aches.

How it goes from there is up to you.

No need to detail the whole premise, but I'd like some Romano smut, if possible both with and without Spain. Happy ending optional.

And for the sake of the request, I don't really need an explanation as to how something like vore is possible for nations. Maybe it's just something they're capable off due to their non-human nature, or magic, or something like that.

Examples: Sweden terrifies his new siblings, and Denmark has to get back at them for hurting Sve's feelings. Austria has a heart attack when he finds Greece sleeping on his piano. Switzerland wants to kill France for flirting with Liechtenstein. Germany's constant tidying gets on everyone's nerves (at least those not used to it) and Prussia just wants his life back.

BONUS: Germany fell in love with N.Italy years ago, now he doesn't know what to think because his new brother acts and looks a lot like Germany's childhood sweetheart.

BONUS: The worst part of moving to a house big enough to hold everyone is the creepy next door neighbor (Russia) and his siblings.

Lately I've seen a lot of theories and headcanons about how Prussia started out representing the Baltic Prussian tribes and still feels nostalgic about their language and culture. As interesting as that is, I prefer to think that the Baltic Prussians were represented by a different character who faded away when the Teutonic Knights germanized the area and (our) Prussia changed his name. I'd like something that explores this angle and the fact that Prussia took someone else's name.
