There used to be a TV show where a guy received a newspaper that predicted accidents and that guy had to do his best to save people.Tomorrow's News or something like that was the name of that show I think, I can't remember too well ...sorry ...
Anyway what I want is this. Nation A starts to receive a newspaper that predicts what kind of nations are supposed to be end up together and he/she has to do everything to either stop it or make sure that those nations do get together.

Bonus 1: Nation A is Poland or Hungary
Bonus 2: There are as many rare pairings as possible and almost no regular pairings at all.
