At a world meeting, it is somehow discovered (France, maybe?) that Russia thinks that his catchphrase "become one with Russia" means absolutely nothing more than that other nations coming to live in his house, or something like that.

So, the rest of the nations decide to teach Russia exactly what "becoming one" really means in a hands on lesson. :D
(please don't have RoChu become the main focus or something, it's one of my least favorite pairings)

Bonuses:
1: The pipe and/or vodka bottle are used... Somehow.
2: Liechtenstein tops Russia.
