Any nations - Surrogate mother

Nation A and Female Nation B are married. After months of trying they find out that Nation B can't have children.

So they decide to find a surrogate mother, Nation C.

Over time as the pregnancy progresses, Nation A and Nation C begin to find themselves attracted to each other...

How this progresses is up to author anons. Do they do anything? Do they restrain themselves? Do A and C run off together, or does A stay with his wife.

Genderswitching is okay for this AU.

Bonuses:
- Would love with Mangary, fem!Austria and fem!Prussia in the mix
- A step further, A and B are a noble family in a historical setting, where they decide to fake a pregnancy for B to save her face in society as well as get the child they want. A gets a commoner woman pregnant while B fakes her own pregnancy and the same scenario as above begins
