Italy Bros. - My Best Shot?

According to the ISSF World Shooting Championship records of total medals by country, the top five best shooters (in order) are:

1) Russia
2) US
3) Italy
4) Switzerland
5) China

With Germany placing 6th in the list, don't you think he's probably pulling his nicely gelled locks out trying to figure out how Itay could rank third best shooter head cannon dictates that it's really 3.5 because Romano's actually better than him in this kind of stuff and still find countries like Switzerland(4) and UK(16) scary?
