America, with FrancexCanada - Americans on vacation in Europe

So there's a well-known trend in America to pretend to be Canadian when going to Europe (specifically France), because Europeans are almost never angry at Canadians.

America taking advantage of this with France! As in, while he's visiting (for business, vacation, anything you can think of) he pretends to be Canada to get free food/place to sleep/insider tips on the country from France.
BUT this backfires a bit, because while France wouldn't hit on America seriously (because he's England's territory), he'd certainly try to get it on with Canada. Cue America freaking out about this in whatever way pleases you most.

Bonuses:
-France knew it was America the whole time and is punishing him for being a mooch.
-America blows his cover by being protective and giving France the shotgun (or nuclear weapon, I guess) speech.
-England finds out and there are consuquences for both America and France.
