With a silent smile, America grabbed hold of Matthew's sides and flipped him over, making Canada's arms twist uncomfortably. Before he could try and right himself, Matthew felt a knee press into his shoulders as his shirt was brought up teasingly over his body to expose his pale back. Why was this happening to him?! No one ever cared about him! He was just the not-so-little country in the background that was always forgotten or thought to be America! Heck, even they forgot him sometimes!
Canada heard the snap of the whip before he felt it. He gasped, barely having the time to breathe again before the whip cracked thunderously over his waist once again. The blistering rawness of the blow could only be compared to the phantom gunshot wounds that his people had taken to keep him and his country free.
As he held his breath, anticipating the next blow, he was surprised when instead he felt Arthur's warm breath on the shell of his ear, the sensation causing him to shudder. "Seems like you're not going to say anything. Does that mean we have to be rougher?"
It took him a second to realize that England had bitten his ear, dragging his teeth along it, making goosebumps appear on the shy country's arm. He felt the British man pull back and rake his gloved fingers across his back. Canada just bit his lip so he could keep from making any embarrassing noises. But that didn't stop the pitiful cry as he felt the burning of the whip once more.
Canada was so focused on the pain that he didn't notice that Alfred had seen his tears. "Hey, England, he obviously isn't gonna talk from pain. So if that doesn't work, perhaps pleasure will..."
Once more he was on his back with his arms uncrossed and the newly acquired welts stinging painfully. As Matthew's eyes filled with tears, he saw Alfred's slightly fuzzy form hover over him, his trademark grin set on his face. A single tear found its way from the corner of his eye and down his cheek. America lent down closer and kissed it softly which surprised the Canadian.
"Y'know... I overheard Germany saying that when he touched North Italy's curly hair he'd go kindafreaky... I wonder if you'd do the same." Before his hand was even close to its destination, Matthew started trembling slightly, knowing full well what happened when that certain part of him was touched.
The effect was immediate. Without a chance to stop himself, Canada let out a quiet moan; sweat starting to form on his forehead. "S-stop..."
America took off his glove and delicately grabbed the hair, and with an evil grin, proceeded to lick it. Matthew's back arched involuntarily at the same time that a loud moan ripped it's way through his throat. "Please... America... aahhh..." He bit his lip to stifle the moaning.
"Oh, so you're begging now?" Alfred lent down, licking up the small drop of blood that had blossomed on the younger country's lip.
"You sure are getting quite the reaction from that." Arthur spoke up, his arms crossed. "But I think I know something else that would get a bigger reaction." With that, England reached over and lightly fondled Matthew's crotch through the material of his pants. He continued to tease Canada with feather light touches while Alfred stroked his stray hair.
