Ahhh! I think the one you're thinking of was the one where Sweden comes, and decides to take Eesti and Latvia. "You'n the pipsqueak are comin' with me" kind of thing. And Poland is all, "I DON'T THINK SO!". But he's all nervous and stuff 'cause, yeah, he's shy, and Sweden is scary! xD Ohh, I love that strip. Anyway. Babbling aside, I have no idea why people don't write him that way more often. o-o
