In a futuristic world where magic and technology co-exist, Estonia (who's mostly technology-based) and Norway (who's more magic-based) run a two-person detective agency that's a bit short on luck. When someone comes to them, asking their help to solve a murder, the two get on the case and go crime-solving using very unorthodox (and occasionally silly) methods.

In short, hilarity very much ensues.
