Re: England/Japan - Sealand has a crush on Japan

Sorry it's not very good

Sealand had noticed that England had started inviting Japan over more often. He wondered why and came to the conclusion that maybe England liked anime just like he did but he did wonder why all they did was drink tea and talk to each other. But then England was boring like that.

And he liked him coming over. He was always polite and nice and had loads of cool things that had originated from him, something Sealand dreamt of.

But after a while he realised he didn't like Japan talking with England and wondered why. And so he went to the place everyone goes when they have a question-Google.

Google informed him what he was experiencing was jealousy.
But why would I be jealous of England? He wondered. After a while of google searching he gave up and went to find an answer somewhere else.

“Mum, Dad!” he called, knocking impatiently on the door until Finland opened it.
“I’m not your mother.”
“Okay, Mum.” He replied, jumping in. “But I have a question.”
“Which is?”
“What does it mean when you get jealous of someone because they talk to someone a lot?”
Finland smiled and put an arm around him. “Peter I believe you are experiencing your first crush.”

Sealand walked back to England’s house, happy to see Japan was there. “’Ello Kiku!”
“Hello Peter.” He greeted in reply.
“I brought you a present.” He said sweetly. After all that was what you gave to your crush, wasn’t it?
“Er, that’s nice.” He said, puzzled.
Sealand took out a slug. “I found him on the way, I’ve called him Sammy.”
Japan smiled slightly. “Thank you, Peter.”
“What are you thinking, giving a guest something like that?” England frowned.
Peter pouted. “I was trying to be nice, Arthur!”
“Kids will be kids.” Japan said quietly to England and he nodded reluctantly.

“Well I made dinner.”
“Eugh not again!” Sealand complained causing England to mess up his hair.
“With Japan’s help.”
“Oh that’s alright then. I love Kiku’s cooking!”
“Cheeky blighter.” England muttered as Japan came back with plates of food.

After dinner Sealand went upstairs to play video games and annoy Latvia among other things before getting bored and walking downstairs again.

He found the door to the living room shut, something England always did when he was having a serious conversation so the boy curiously listened in.

“...Listen, Japan...I want us to be more than friends.” England said slowly, trying to get the words out right. “If you don’t feel the same way, that’s fine.” He rushed to add, feeling a suffocating fear of rejection.

Sealand gasped aloud and the two whipped around, Japan overwhelmed.
Sealand opened the door, glaring at England.”You can’t love him, I love him!”

England was taken aback and he stared at Sealand. “You’re only young-“
“It doesn’t mean I can’t love!” He exclaimed.
England glanced at Japan, seeing he was very uncomfortable and opened his mouth but Sealand tugged on Japan’s kimono. “You love me back, right?”
“Err, I am sorry Peter-kun, I see you as a friend.”
Sealand frowned and ran upstairs, trying not to cry, Japan watching him go worriedly.
“Forget I said anything.” England said quickly, as soon as he was gone.
“I...feel the same way.” Japan said slowly and a wide smile spread over England’s face.
He pulled Japan closer, enveloping him in a passionate kiss.

After a few moments Japan pulled back. “I better go comfort Sealand.”
England nodded. “How about you sleep over?” he offered.
Japan smiled. “I’d love too.”
