Seborga is the oldest of the micronations, and it's canon that he has more luck with the ladies than either of his brothers. He's also the only one apart from Sealand who has likely been through a war. Because of all this, he acts towards the other micros as something of a friendly older brother.

So when the micronations are captured by a group of very unpleasant people, who then start to discuss which of them to 'make use of' ... Seborga steps up and volunteers. Because he's the only one who really understands what's going on, and he has to keep the younger ones safe, and, well, at least he knows how to handle it, right?

And it nearly destroys him. Because, after all, he's still physically and mentally only a teenager.
