Fem!Prussia disguises herself as a man and rides off to war in her aging fathers place (Old Fritz or Germania, perhaps).
Cue her struggling to keep up her disguise, making friends among her fellow soldiers and trying to end the war (bonus points if she discovers that she really really likes fighting and bloodshed in arousing ways).
But then:
She get's captured by the enemy, finds out their leader is a pretty interesting dude who finds her just as interesting when he discovers she's a girl masquerading as a man. Hate/fascinated/passionate sex follows and fem!Prussia has to deal with the dilemna of what to do.
Stay with hot new lover who promises to spare her family or do the heroic thing, leave/kill him and save her country.
Bonus: - Love interest is Russia, Mangary or England (or hell I'm not opposed to a Xena-style female love interest if you wanna go that way) - She also somewhat fancies the Captain of her squad, making the decision even harder
