Russia wasn't all that scary in the beginning. Arthur is feeling, speaking, or knowing on how unattractive he is. Basically he's feeling conscious (not only on his appearance though). He gains these ideas from the 'teasing', or rude remarks if you may, from the nations such as America, France and so fourth. (Examples: Like on his eye brows, scars, attitude, habits, etc.) Such 'meaningless' phrases hurt Arthur emotionally, and more when it 'shouldn't' based on what the others had said. In my mind I always pictured Arthur holding an appearance in which he's actually fragile, though he doesn't want to admit it.

So what my request is the following idea above along with a few other details. I wish for the 'teasing' to have a deep fatal affect on Arthur. . .and the others notice. I'd just love to see someone getting heart-broken and dumped and the third party trying to do their best to comfort them. If possible I'd like it to be a multi-chaptered story but every chapter with different nations.

Back in yon olden days when France and Spain were the two largest superpowers (of Europe, if not the world) due to some fairly impressive marriage alliances, England was a tiny make-weight in their argument for power on the continent.
