Mama Karpusi gets pregnant late in life by a younger man (Turkey). Her two existing sons (Greece and Cyprus) are at best concerned about having a brother twenty years younger than them by a man not much older than them, and that's before something goes wrong because of Mama Greece's age and she dies in childbirth, leaving Turkey to raise the kid who Greece wants nothing to do with and Cyprus is stuck in the middle.
