We've already had one or two prompts for twists on the rapetruck meme; "America enjoys it", "America deliberately puts himself in that situation", "America wants it and Russia doesn't". A new twist:

Subby America intentionally gets himself caught, expecting "rape". Russia is vaguely grossed out by sex of any kind and has no intention of doing that, and says so. He proceeds to do something totally nonsexual but incredibly violent, while America is rapidly wishing he hadn't come up with this stupid idea.

I am very hard to gross out; I've read a lot of shock-fics. Go as horrible as you possibly can with whatever Russia does do.
