So it's my belief that General Winter has a connection with all the northern nations and that they get a sort of protection from him. America was originally out of General Winter's domain because of the heat of the southern states. I'm looking for something about this dynamic changing due to the fact that there has been snow and flooding as far south in the US as Georgia and Texas recently.
