Like, we're not really aware of language changes, but you do see differences between generations - so how hard must it be for nations to keep up with those things? Are they continuously using hilariously outdated slang to the point where only other nations who speak the same language understand them? What about dialects? Do they have accents that sound weird? (I once read this discussion between some Finnish fans about what Finnish accent Finland would have, it was really interesting.) We'll never know!
