All countries are Alphas except for one mysterious exception; England. He has kept it hidden all his life though, by using magic to suppress his heats. However, now that he's depleted his magic energy and gone blind while fighting 'Steve', his heat comes as all nations are in Germany's safe room. France is the one who steps in and takes care of England, having the most experience with Omegas. The other countries haven't had many relationships with humans due to the fact that they are immortal and have busy lives being countries.
