I would like to see England comforting an unexpected nation, whom he is not generally shown as being close to. Possibly someone who has heard rumours of England's potentially softer side but never witnessed/believed it. I don't mind why they need comforting; sadness, sickness, nation related troubles or personal. I'd prefer England to be in a relationship with someone else, so only platonic relations during the comforting (however if someone is lovely enough to write this I'm more than open to changing this!)
Bonus: The other nation is very surprised to see this "motherhen" side of England, but appreciative none the less.
Bonus 2: Some form of hug, bonus for mentions of leaning down to bury face in England's shoulder and/or back rubbing.
